Return Policy

Our return policy at Hangin-Around.com is simple and painless! Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 day money back guarantee on most items, less our shipping fees. We offer a 3 day return policy on jewelry, less our shipping fees.

Items must be returned unworn in the same condition you received them in, with tags, and applicable item packaging such as jewelry pouch, polishing cloth, belt bag, etc.

Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Shipping and insurance costs related to a return/exchange are the responsibility of the buyer and are not reimbursed. Refunds are granted at the discretion of Hangin-Around and will not be issued for items that have been worn/used/compromised. If you received free shipping, the shipping amount is deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your unworn items please follow the procedure in the previous paragraph. Your new item/s will be shipped free of shipping costs for the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges will incur shiiping costs. International sales are final.
